Hi, I am Abhi Bagaria
Operational ManagerWith over 13 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I have dedicated my career to providing exceptional care in both acute and aged care settings. Over the years, I have honed my expertise in clinical and leadership roles, having served as a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE), Clinical Manager, and Facility Manager in aged care.
My academic achievements include a Bachelor of Nursing and a Master of Nursing, which have equipped me with advanced clinical knowledge and leadership skills. Additionally, I hold a Certificate III in Individual Support and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, enabling me to mentor and train the next generation of healthcare professionals.
At Advance Nursing, my goal is to combine my passion for nursing with my commitment to excellence in care, ensuring we deliver the highest standards of service to our clients and their loved ones. My extensive experience in clinical education and facility management drives our focus on compliance, professional development, and delivering compassionate, person-centered care.
