What is Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages, Transitions and Supports?
Life is full of changes — moving to a new home, starting a job, leaving school, building relationships, or learning to live more independently. For people with disability, these transitions can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s where Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages, Transitions and Supports come in.
