Our policy

Our policy regarding hiring staff

Our stringent policies and selection process make it possible to place right candidate at right place according to their knowledge and skills.

Advance Nursing places great relationship with our clients, as our nurses not only represent themselves or agency but they also represent our clients/organisation in which they work.

Our screening process includes:

  • All Registered Nurses must have atleast 12 months full time work experience
  • We check their proof of registration on AHPRA‘s online register
  • We check references by calling them in order to make sure we hiring a right candidate
  • All RNs/EENs to attend Medication competency before they start work with us
  • All staff must have NDISWC, WWCC, police check and mandatory vaccination certificates

We also partnered with other organisations who provide online training programs and certificates such as CPR, First Aid, manual handling, fire training, infection control training and wound care, medication administration training for AINs, diabetes care training. Advance Nursing make sure all RNs and EENs attend their CPD hours.
